Be sure tour computer is ready with the Microsoft .net Framework 2.0 and the latest DirectX drivers. If Marilou crashes at startup or opening world, you just have to download and install the DirectX update hereafter.

NOTE for L12 to L23 (including) versions users: starting at L24, we changed hinge, hinge2 and universal axes management. In most case, you will have to reverse Body1 and Body2 joints properties from your PHX or Worlds (editing joints properties). Read more about L24 changes.
